Gentle, personalised sleep support from someone who's been there.

If you’re here, chances are sleep has started to feel overwhelming.

You may be exhausted, second-guessing yourself, and wondering why something that’s meant to feel natural feels so hard.

I want you to know this first:

You’re not failing and you’re not alone.

A relaxed, no-pressure chat to talk through your baby’s sleep and find the right support for your family.

MY PHILOSOPHY

I believe better sleep changes everything.

When families are well-rested, parents feel calmer and more confident, relationships feel lighter, and children are better able to grow, learn, and thrive.

That’s why my approach is always:

Gentle & Respectful

Support that protects your relationship with your child.

Evidence-Based & Personalised

Guidance rooted in experience and proven approaches.

Free From Pressure

No guilt. No judgement. No one-size-fits-all solutions.

MY STORY

The hard season

I had two children just 14 months apart, during one of the most challenging seasons of my life. The COVID lockdowns also stripped away much of the support new parents usually rely on.

Reaching out for support

Sleep deprivation quickly became overwhelming. The exhaustion affected everything. Eventually, I reached out for professional sleep support. That decision changed everything. With the right guidance, our family found rest again.

Finding my purpose

That experience not only transformed our nights, it gave me clarity about my purpose. I knew I wanted to support other parents through the same fog, with empathy, understanding, and calm guidance.

WHY I DO THIS WORK

Before becoming a sleep consultant, my career revolved around caregiving and family support.

I retrained as a certified Sleep Sense Consultant in 2022 and have since dedicated my work to helping families feel rested, supported, and confident again.

I do this work because I know how heavy the exhaustion can feel, and how transformative it is when it lifts.

HOW I SUPPORT FAMILIES

I specialise in working with families with babies and toddlers, particularly between 4 months and 2.5 years.

Common challenges I help with:

My role isn’t to “fix” your baby.

I’ll be there to help you through the doubts, and the breakthroughs, until you feel confident and rested again.

WHAT MATTERS TO ME

Empathy

Because parenting is deeply emotional.

Kindness

Because judgement helps no one.

Health

Because sleep affects every part of family life.

Family

Because your child is your world.

Integrity

Because trust matters, especially at vulnerable times.

Every family I work with is treated with care, respect, and honesty — always.
